Membership Terms and Conditions:

Elevate & Empower Program

By enrolling in the Elevate and/or Empower Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your membership, participation, and access to all program benefits and resources.

1. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Program—including training materials, videos, resources, event recordings, and community content—is the property of Model Investor Alliance and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, share, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.

2. Member Conduct & Participation

As a member, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with other members, coaches, and staff.
Maintain confidentiality regarding private member discussions, strategies, and shared information.
Do not use the Program for self-promotion, solicitation, or to sell services or products unless specifically authorized.
Participate in good faith and contribute positively to the community.

Violations may result in removal from the Program without refund.

3. Membership Fees & Renewals

Membership fees are billed according to your selected plan (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable.
Memberships auto-renew unless canceled before your renewal date.
If you are participating in a referral-based renewal program (e.g., “3 to Free”), you are responsible for meeting the referral requirements before your renewal date. Any balance owed at the end of your term must be paid to maintain access.

4. Events, Recordings, and Media Release

As a member, you may attend events (virtual or in-person) and participate in recorded sessions. By attending or submitting any testimonial, review, photo, or video (online or via email), you grant Model Investor Alliance permission to use your name, voice, image, or likeness for marketing, training, and promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.

5. No Guarantees

While the Program offers tools, education, and support, results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your effort, decisions, and market conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Model Investor Alliance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Model Investor Alliance and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your misuse of the Program or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Texas.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program indicates your acceptance of any changes.
